Mexico - Chiapas

This is a great, washed coffee from Chiapas region of Mexico.  

It has hints of Lime, Honey Lemon, and Melon.

Washed Process washes the cherry fruit of the coffee off the plant and left to sun dry on beds. This is the most common processing method, and results in a cleaner, more subdued flavor profile.
