This is the same coffee we are using in our cafe every day for filter coffee. 

It's currently a washed process Colombian coffee with flavor notes of Stone Fruit, Nougat, and Dark Chocolate.

Process: Washed

Varietal: Caturra, Castillo, Typica

Roast Level: Medium

Flavor Notes: Stone Fruit, Nougat, and Dark Chocolate
