A honey process Ethiopian coffee with notes of Strawberry, Plum, Bergamot, Ripe Fruit.

Honey Process involves washing the outer layer of the coffee cherry off but leaving the inner, sugar rich layer to sun dry. It is similar to a natural in its sweetness, but with a slightly cleaner body found in washed coffees.
