A very unique and delicious honey process coffee from Colombia. It's one of our favorites! It has notes of Clementine, Pear, Honey, and Pie Crust.
Honey Process leaves the inner, sugar-rich part of the cherry fruit on the bean on the plant while it dries, causing the bean to absorb more of the naturally occurring sugars and flavor compounds. It is different from natural process in that it washes off the outer most layer of the fruit, while leaving the inner layer.
